We are NJ state licensed and certified appraisers.  The appraisals we do conform to The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) adopted the by Appraisal Foundation.  We also adhere to the Standards of Professional Practice and the Code of Ethics of the Appraisal Institute. 
 

Before we begin any appraisal or consultation assignment we will carefully go over a Scope of Work with you.  That way Sterling DiSanto and Associates can tailor each assignment to the specific needs of the client.

Sometimes you don’t need an appraisal.  You need sound advice.  We solve problems and help you make informed decisions.

REVIEW APPRAISALS

We provide review of appraisals made by others. This is often for cases involving litigation. Does the appraisal make sense? Do the data and analysis in the reviewed appraisal support the appraiser’s opinions and value?

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We have been court appointed in New Jersey to provide independent value opinions for real estate that is in dispute. We have also have been selected to participate in arbitration and mediation proceedings as well as condemnation commissions. We have been selected by our peers as the “third appraiser” in property value and market rent disputes.
